Group Charter Flights to Cancun

Absolutely. For groups of 20-50+, we coordinate multiple aircraft departing together or in sequence. We've arranged wedding travel for 40+ guests with three jets departing simultaneously from the same FBO—everyone takes off together and lands together. For very large groups, we can also arrange VIP airliner charters seating 50-100+ passengers.

We're flexible. Common approaches include:

• Single organizer pays: One person books and collects from the group
• Split payment: We can accept multiple credit cards for the same booking
• Invoiced portions: We send individual invoices to each participant for their share

Most groups find it easiest to have one organizer coordinate collection via Venmo, Zelle, or similar—then make a single payment to us. We require 50% deposit to confirm, balance due 7 days before departure.

Yes! Standard catering (snacks and non-alcoholic beverages) is included. For groups, you can absolutely bring your own champagne, beer, wine, or liquor—there's no corkage fee or restrictions. Many bachelor/ette groups bring custom treats or celebratory bottles. We can also arrange premium catering upgrades: charcuterie boards, sushi, lobster, you name it. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

Individual passengers can be removed from the manifest at any time without affecting the charter. The aircraft is booked, not individual seats. If someone can't make it, the remaining group simply splits the cost among fewer people—or you find a replacement. The charter itself is subject to our standard cancellation policy: full refund (minus admin fee) 14+ days out, 50% refund 7-14 days out, no refund under 7 days.

Spring break (late February through April) is our busiest season. For guaranteed aircraft availability and best pricing, book 3-4 weeks ahead. Last-minute spring break bookings are possible but you'll have fewer aircraft options. The most popular dates (Texas spring break, northeast college breaks) book up fastest.

Yes—this is common for weddings where guests are scattered across the country. We can arrange separate jets from different cities, all timed to arrive in Cancun within the same window. We've coordinated groups with aircraft departing from New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles simultaneously. One point of contact manages everything, and we provide a consolidated itinerary showing all flights.

Absolutely. We coordinate private ground transportation from the Cancun FBO to your resort. For groups, this typically means luxury SUVs or Mercedes Sprinter vans. Your vehicles will be waiting at the FBO when you clear customs—no waiting, no taxi lines. We can also arrange transportation to the new Tulum International Airport if that's closer to your destination.
